Refund & Cancellation Policy
We adhere to a no-questions asked return guarantee. Which states that, in case if you did not like the items that you ordered, you may initiate the return.
Since the nature of the items are perishable goods, we will not entertain any return requests after a day of purchase. All return requests must be mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or registered with us via phone on our support number 011-30441004.
To be eligible for return, the food item must be unused and same condition that you received it. It must be in original packaging.
Also, we require proof of purchase to initiate the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com by quoting the approval number provided to you.
Exchanges / Replacements
We only replace items if the packaging is damaged before it reach you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send our person with the replacement food.
Once your return request is placed, we will be sending our delivery person to pick up the item from you to replace it or collect return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
An order once placed cannot be cancelled after it get shipped. In case if a customer wish to cancel or make changes in the order, please call our support number (+91 11 30441004) immediately or mail us to email@example.com
